If you make a payment at the bank’s cash desk, please inform the cashier about the need to make a payment through the Settlement system (ERIP). Payment is possible only in the national currency of the Republic of Belarus – Belarusian rubles. Payment abroad is made in dollars. When making a purchase, you receive a cash receipt that confirms the purchase.

The refund of funds in cases established by the Contract and legislation is carried out in the same form in which the Buyer made the payment, unless another form of settlement is agreed by the Parties. The refund of funds is carried out within the time period established by law. In case of complete or partial cancellation (partial redemption) of the prepaid order by the Buyer or cancellation of the prepaid order (part of it) The Seller returns the funds to the Buyer no later than [10 days] after the cancellation of the order (part of it).
In the case of a cashless refund, the Seller is not responsible for the non-receipt or late receipt of funds by the Buyer, if such consequences are not related to the actions of the Seller or his servicing bank, including if the bank account from which the Buyer made the payment is closed, blocked, etc.
Return of a quality product. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality if the goods have not been used (have no signs of exploitation), their consumer properties have been preserved (including in a complete set, the labeling, labels, consumer packaging, instructions, etc. have been preserved), and there is evidence of their purchase from the Seller. The return period is 14 days. Goods of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return in cases established by law.
Return of low-quality goods. The buyer has the right to make claims related to the sale of low-quality goods in the manner and within the time limits established by law. The satisfaction of the Buyer’s claims is carried out in the manner and within the time limits established by law. In case of replacement of a low-quality product, the new product is transferred to the Buyer at the pick-up point of the order, unless another method is agreed by the Parties.
The order of return of the product. The exchange and return of goods, regardless of the grounds, is carried out at any retail outlet of the Seller. The Buyer returns the goods to the Seller on his own and at his own expense. A different procedure for returning the goods may be agreed upon by the Parties (for example, by the Seller and at the expense of the Buyer’s location).
